Guidelines for visit and submitting Vlog entries to INCOIS for IISF-2021
All the prevailing COVID-19 guidelines are to be followed throughout the visits. The designated 'Open Day' areas only shall be visited in the guided manner.
Visitors will have to make own arrangementsfortransport and food. Food will not be allowed to be taken inside the campus during visit.
Interested students may submit a video of 02-03 minutes duration (maximum) focusing on ocean sciences and INCOIS activities.
This is NOT a competition. However, all eligible entries will earn a certificate of participation from INCOIS.
The Vlog should feature participant's name, affiliation (school/college/organization) promptly along with the video.
The video should be in line of the theme (Celebrating Creativity in Science) and pillars of the event viz. (i) Freedom Struggle; (ii) Ideas@75; (iii) Achievements@75; (iv) Actions@75; and (v) Reso1vs@75.
Select Vlogs will be featured on appropriate platforms e.g. INCOIS/IISF portals and social media.
For a Vlog entry to be eligible for certificate, the video should be in mp4 format with a minimum resolution of 720p and maximum duration of 3 minutes.
Last date is extended up to, Wednesday, 8 December 2021 @ 05:00 PM.
Submissions will go live at Friday, 26 November 2021 @ 05:00 PM. Vlogs may be submitted by uploading after filling up the registration form below:
