Swachhata Pakhwada-2021 (Online Submission for e-Competitions)

Instructions for Essay Writing Competition: (Click here for detailed instructions )

  • The essay competition is open for classes 7 to 10 only.
  • Please provide your correct email id in the online form. You will receive an acknowledgement mail with a registration number once submission is complete.
  • Write your essay in English on a standard ruled white paper (from notebooks) in clean and neat handwriting along with your details (name/class/school) on the top right corner of the paper.
  • The word limit for essay is minimum 1000 words and maximum 1500 words
  • Scan the essay pages in a single document in the PDF (adobe(R) PDF) format of size less than 2 MB size.
  • Avoid plagiarism: Students are instructed to use their own ideas.
  • Final decision regarding all the aspects of this competition including rules, regulations and results rest with the INCOIS only.
  • The submission is to be completed before 12th July, 2021 @ 02:00PM
  • Submission is closed for the Essay Writing Competition..

Instructions for Drawing Competition:

  • The drawing competition is open for classes 5 to 10 only.
  • Use A4 size paper in Landscape mode. The drawing has to be made using coloured pencil/ pencil crayon only, watercolor drawings are not allowed. Write your details (name/class/school) on the top right corner of the paper
  • The document must be a pdf document of size < 2 MB.
  • Please provide your correct email id in the online form and you will receive an email after completion of the registration process.
  • Students are instructed to use their own ideas. The genuineness of the drawing is the complete responsibility of the participating students and their school. INCOIS will not be held responsible for any consequences arriving otherwise
  • The drawings submitted here will be under the license type CC BY as given in (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/).
  • Final decision regarding all the aspects of this competition including rules, regulations and results rest only with the INCOIS.
  • The submission is to be completed before 13th July, 2021 @ 02:00PM
  • Submission is closed for the Drawing Competition..
