(In recognition of his outstanding contribution in the field of Geoscience - and thereby developing Ocean Forecast and Information System for India for maritime safety and boosting the blue economy.)
Awarded as the Investigator of the ISRO funded project MTUP (~ INR 23 lakhs) viz. Rainfall validation & Characterization and cloud physics studies using Megha-Tropiques data conducting through CESS.
