Women stand at the frontlines of environmental and climate change, bearing its heaviest burdens while leading powerful responses. This workshop brings together academicians, scientists, practitioners, and students to examine how climate and environmental transformations are shaped by gender and social inequalities. Through an intersectional and interdisciplinary lens, it explores women’s lived experiences, heightened vulnerabilities, and transformative roles in adaptation, resilience, and collective action, paving the way for more inclusive, just, and sustainable futures.
