Bulk bookings have been made for all the participants at Daspalla Hotel. Special rates have been negotiated for this meeting which are as follows: INR 3600 (single occupancy) and INR 4500 (double occupancy). It includes morning breakfast and buffet lunch. Participants are requested to mail their arrival and departure details to Dr. Satya Prakash (satyap@incois.gov.in) for hotel reservation. He will be making hotel reservation on attendee's behalf and individuals will have to pay directly at the hotel (either through cash or card).

Travel from airport

The local transport, mainly airport pick up and drop, is also taken care by the Daspalla Hotel. I have forwarded your arrival and departure details to Daspalla Hotel staff. Once you are through with all formalities, please look for Daspalla placard at the arrival longue and approach them. Their staff will be at the airport arrival longue with Daspalla placard and will be guiding you to their taxi which will drop you at the hotel. This facility is available on payment basis: for pick up from the airport you will be charged INR 900 (~16.5USD) and dropping at airport it will be INR 650 (~11.5USD). Since this payment has to be made in cash, I suggest you avail currency changing facility at the airport. There is a provision of changing the currency even at the hotel which can be availed in case of any issues.
