Brief Description (Abstract):

As a part of the High Altitude Cloud Physics Laboratory project, the Micro Rain Radar (MRR) has deployed at Mahabaleshwar, a remote location in the complex terrain of the Western Ghats (WG). The Micro Rain Radar (MRR) is a vertical pointing microwave profiler for the measurement of rain rate, liquid water content, and drop size distribution from near ground to several hundred meters.
