Brief Description (Abstract):

Snow packs, through various inorganic and organic components present in it and through various physical and photochemical processes can have major impact on the over lying atmospheric chemistry. Several surfaces now samples were collected along a coast to inland transect of Ingrid Christen coast during various expeditions. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Parameters analysed: Oxygen and hydrogen isotopes, Major ions (F-,Cl-,Br-, MSA, NO3-,SO42-,Na+,K+,Ca2+, Mg2+,NH4+), Trace metals, Dust concentration
