Brief Description (Abstract):

Monitoring and analysis of water from Priydarshini Lake, at Indian Antarctic Station- Maitri, which is a source of drinking water for Maitri. Performance evaluation of wastewater treatment plant: Based on the analysis of influent and effluent, performance of the treatment plant may be evaluated. This will confirm whether the effluent quality is within the permissible limit set by the pollution regulatory authorities.
