 RTSP INDIA detected an earthquake with the following preliminary  
 information:

 Depth:        	 331  km 
 Date:         	 30 Oct 2011 
 Origin Time:  	 01 44 UTC 
 Latitude:     	 16.35 S 
 Longitude:    	 175.3 W 
 Location:     	 Tonga Islands 
   
 2. EVALUATION 
   
 Based on historical earthquake and tsunami data, Tsunami Threat does 
 not exist for Indian Ocean. 
   

 3. ADVICE 
   
 This Bulletin is being issued as an advice.  Only 
 national/state/local authorities and disaster management offices have 
 the authority to make decisions regarding the official threat status 
 in their coastal area and any action to be taken in response. 
   
 4. UPDATES  
   
 No further bulletins will be issued by ITEWC INCOIS for this event 
 unless additional information becomes available.
